Highlights

Nissan has showcased the updated Sunny in Thailand and yes, we will see the car at the Auto Expo too and the company will launch it in India soon enough. It's called the Almera in Thailand and this one's a proper update.

Everything from the headlamps, to the front grille and bumpers have been worked upon. Even the fog lamps have been re-styled, not to forget the new 15-inch alloy wheels. Inside too is a re-designed centre console twith the piano-black trim with silver accents and looks up market.

While the Almera gets a new music system with Bluetooth connectivity, a 6.1-inch touchscreen DVD player, we are not sure if Nissan will make these updates in the India-bound Sunny.

We do not expect any mechanical changes to the car and the same 1.5-litre petrol and diesel motors will be seen making their way under the hood of this sedan.
