Along with its new design and style cues, the new Mahindra NuvoSport packs in a range of new features that make it a very appealing product. The sub-compact SUV comes with a new front fascia that has been redesigned to give it a more aggressive SUV-like stance. Some new additions to its front profile include - LED DRLs, a brawny-looking front bumper, larger air dam, stylish fog lamps, faux skid plate, and a muscular bonnet with an air intake. As for the cabin, Mahindra has worked in that bit too. While official images and details are yet to come out, we are expecting the NovoSport's interior to get some upmarket treatment. The SUV will likely get a redesigned dashboard with multi-functional steering wheel and a infotainment system. The top-of-the-line variant is likely to feature adjustable seats coupled with lumbar support and other offerings like cruise control, 2-DIN touchscreen infotainment system, Bluetooth & AUX-IN connectivity, and reverse parking camera among others.

Under the hood the Mahindra NuvoSport will receive its power from a 1.5-litre diesel engine that has been tuned to offer better efficiency and also features Power and Eco modes. The maximum power out remains the same at 100bhp and so does the torque at 240Nm. Although in ECO mode there will be a substantial drop in performance as the torque goes down to 180Nm. Transmission option will include a 5-speed manual gearbox and as mentioned above an AMT unit as well.
